Have you experienced something intense that is still bothering you?
Would you like healthier connections with your parents, kids, others?
Do you need more peace or a different way of dealing with conflicts such as a messy divorce? Especially when you have kids together?
Do you want to stop recurring patterns in your life or family system?

Family constellations are a therapeutic approach and a workshop designed to help reveal the hidden dynamics, trauma, recurring patterns or limiting beliefs in a family or in relationships. In a group we address these stressors impacting us in our relationships to heal them.

You are welcome to experience the family constellations at Floralia Park in Oosterhout.

In family constellations there are approximately 10 participants. Two or three participants are there to have their own family constellation. The other participants are representatives in these constellations.

When you have your own constellation, you choose a theme that you want to address. For examples you can check the website whoyouare.nl/familyconstellations. It can be something that is troubling you or something you long for. It can be a theme like miscarriage, (messy) divorce or for example that you wish to be seen and heard or…

When you reserve a spot as a representative, you will be standing on different spots in the constellations. You never know what this will bring you but experience shows us that there is no coincidence and you can benefit greatly from the things that are touched. Often you recognise things from your own life or your family, or it’s a feeling that wants to be felt to help you process and grow personally and emotionally. Are you open to this?

It’s hard to explain in words what family constellations are and what to expect. The best way is to experience it yourself. It can be surprising, intens, confronting. With laughter, sadness and everything in between. And definitely very valuable. You don’t need to prepare anything or have a certain background. You’re always welcome just the way you are. You don’t need to be super sensitive or anything. You are welcome when you’re open to a new experience, to let yourself be surprised by what it could do for you.

The family constellations take place at Floralia Park in Oosterhout. For €73 you can have your own family constellation. For €27 you can be a representative in the constellations of the other participants. This can also be very touching in your own processes. Are you doing the energetic track of 6 energetic sessions and one family constellation? Then you can participate as a representative for only €15.

We meet this day at 13.00h at Floralia Park, Beneluxweg 63, 4904 SJ Oosterhout. When you’re early, you can take a walk through the beautiful park. Also after the workshop I can recommend to stay at the park for the beautiful nature and/or to have a drink in the park café. The workshop takes approximately 4 hours.

How to navigate through the Dutch webshop?
In this webshop you can choose whether you’d like to be a representative or to have your own constellation. As a representative it’s also very valuable to be present and to represent someone in the other constellations. If you’re in an energetic track with me, you can always join with a discount.
